Khun Waranya Kemptech , Engineering Manager of Ajinomoto Co., (Thailand) Ltd received 1 RUWAC DS 6 mobile dust extractor and 2 DA 1300 industrial vacuums after successfully testing the RUWAC 2 stage food processing machinery cleaning system. In stage 1 mixers and conveyors are cleaned using a high pressure air gun while at same time the airborne dust is being collected through custom made extraction plates with the high airvolume DS 6 extractor. This reduces cleaning time as well as provides a contact and dust free cleaning method. In the second stage with the DA 1300 high vacuum mobile vacuum residues inside and outside machinery are cleaned using special food grade suction nozzles and brushes.
