1.PE颗粒从吨袋放料到传送系统期间，大量的颗粒会落在两侧，需要人工收集。
2.在打印产线上会使用尼龙粉末防止薄膜沾在一起。经过一段时间后，尼龙粉末会聚集在移动的模具上，因此需要及时清理。
目前，他们需要等到打印产线冷却后手动清理尼龙粉末，这造成了不必要的设备停机时间。
