Dear valued Business Partner Ruwac Asia is proud to announce being ISO 9001:2015 certified by TÜV NORD, one of the biggest internationally recognized certification organization.
ISO 9001:2015 is the latest revision of the world’s most widely applied international standard on quality management systems. ISO 9001 helps Ruwac Asia to demonstrate to customers, that the offered products and services are consistently having good quality. The standard also acts as a tool to streamline our organization´s processes and make them more efficient. The revised standard encourages a risk-assessment based approach to encourage preventative action and ensure continuous improvement.
To become ISO 9001:2015 certified, we underwent an evaluation process that included quality management system development, a management system documentation review, pre-audit, initial assessment, and clearance of non-conformances, all of which work to identify corrective actions that eliminate non-conformance to the quality management standard.
This certification confirms that we regard superior quality, service, innovation, flexibility and reliability as our highest values.
